14. Freeman Eugene Hudson (1911 - 1986)

My Grandfather, Freeman Eugene Hudson (Gene) born on January 15, 1911 in Dickson, TN married Delvia Yates on January 24, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan. Delvia was born in Dickson, TN on August 22, 1912 and was the daughter of Dorsie Robert Yates (1885 - 1966) and Annie Ozella Petty (1890 - 1968). Delvia died on November 6, 1979 and is buried in the Ellington Cemetary in Caro, MI. Gene died in 1986 and is also buried in the Ellington Cemetary. The children of Gene and Delvia are as follows:

Gladys Myrtle Hudson (1933 - present) married George Luther Bennet III (1930 -present)

Floy Ann Hudson (1934 - 1980) married Howard Burton Garland / Jimmy Dabbs / Pete Rolando

William Gordon Hudson (1937 - present) married catherine Shmink / Irene Todd

My parents, Robert and Sylvia, have retired and currently reside in DIckson Co, Tn. My father worked as a tool maker upon his departure from the Navy. My mother has worked as a nursery school teacher.

My Aunt Gladys and Uncle Bud have retired and live in St, Clair, MI. Uncle Bud has worked as a salesman at a Ford dealership in St. Clair.

Uncle Bill has also worked as a tool maker upon his departure from the Army. He has retired and resides in Hickman Co, TN.

15. Robert Van Hudson (1931 - present)

My father, Robert, married my mother, Sylvia Ann Twork on July 13, 1955. Robert served in the U.S. Navy from 1949 through 1953 before entering a career as a tool and die maker. Sylvia was born on July 24, 1938 in East Detroit, MI and is the daughter of Edith Fritch and Andrew Twork (both deceased). Edith and Andrews' other children are Martin, James, Verna and Nora. Sylvia has worked as a nursery school teacher as well as a retail store cashier. The children of Robert and Sylvia are as follows:

Van Alan Hudson (self) (1958 - present) Currently works at the Saturn Corporation in the Engineering Dept.

Wayne Thomas Hudson (1961 - present) married Judy Harris and had daughters Christine and Jamie
