Australian Shepherds

Our aim in breeding Australian Shepherds is to produce conformational correct beautiful dogs with useful herding instinct and family-dog disposition.

Our foundation male (above), Satchmo, (WTCH Rossy's Louis Armstrong) is the son of HOF, SVCH, WTCH Beauwood's Rustlin' in the Sun and HOF Ch Marquis Sun-up Sarah McMatt, and passes on his intense herding desire and balance, beauty and social exuberant disposition to his offspring.

Our present foundation female, Puck (Rex's Blue Moon Rising, STDs,c,d) comes from old Las Rocosa and Slash V herding lines and from Windermere conformation lines (WTCH Tex-Star Saved By the Belle and WTCH Bonito Azul Stock Market) and contributes calm, subtle stock control and disposition to her puppies.

My contribution as breeder is to keep everyone healthy in mind and body and eager to please their human guardians. After all, I can let them herd the sheep or ducks!

Available Dogs

Presently, we have a new litter of puppies born April 9, 2002. They have been vaccinated and wormed, crate-trained, leash trained, and treated individually to walks with The Boss, Sandra, in the pasture off leash and now on. All have been raised in and out of the house with the big dogs, so their puppy manners are excellent. They have been easy pups to teach and in our 95 degree Missouri summer, love their wading pool.
