I purchased this exquisite necklace directly from
the artist, Lena Cowboy. You may know of her from her highly prized
weavings.
She does some jewelry work as well and has "woven" a
magnificent one of a kind coral and turquoise necklace with hook
closure - sterling.
This necklace consists of 13 intertwined strands and
measures 29 inches long.
9 are beaded with lightly polished red coral beads
1 is beaded with coral beads and large lightly polished multi-tone
coral chips
1 is beaded with the most beautiful polished turquoise tear drop
shapes you have ever seen. The largest is about an inch long.
Lena then twisted the 13 strands to make this very interesting
necklace. It is a long necklace and looks absolutely stunning on.
It is not signed but I spoke directly with the
artist when I purchased this exquisite chunky necklace. A One of a
kind beauty.

Non-Indian Jewelry
These jewelry items are all sterling and gemstone. Gemstones are
quite often not identified as I purchased these during the Tucson
Gem and Mineral events. The items were from a very reputable
gem importer. I hand picked the items. They did not come with a
certificate so I am reluctant to identify the gemstones and indicate
origin without a certificate. These are all beautiful pieces and are
very unusual. You will love them as I do!
Turquoise, Smoky Quartz Chips and Small Nugget

Graduated Necklace
This amazing 5 strand necklace is a striking color combination with
bright turquoise and translucent smoky quartz. This unusual
combination looks good with black as well as jewel tones. The
shortest part of the necklace measured across from clasp to clasp is
18 inches. Of course the other strands are longer. A very showy
piece with a mother of pearl clasp. The necklace weighs 5.3 oz. so
it isn't too heavy on the neck. Each chip and nugget is carefully
knotted between for maximum effect and to keep the beads from
rubbing together.

Beautiful
pendant in shades of green Rainforest Rhyolite jasper and amber set in heavy sterling silver. Pendant measures close to 2.5 inches in length
including the bail. And it's 1 and 3/4 inches at the widest point.
Marked .925 Sterling on the back. Stones include amber and peridot.
Note: Rainforest Jasper or Australian Rainforest Jasper, is more
specifically known geologically as rhyolite or ryolite. It is known as a

Blue Lace Agate. Pendant measures close to 2.5 inches in length

Blue lace agate is a gentle, calming stone that engenders
tranquility. Blue lace agate brings with this calm and tranquility a
lessening of anger, even deep anger issues, and a calming of

Sterling Saguaro Cactus Earrings

The magnificent Saguaro Cactus, the state
flower of Arizona, is composed of a tall, thick, fluted, columnar stem,
18 to 24 inches in diameter, often with several large branches (arms)
curving upward in the most distinctive conformation of all Southwestern
cacti. The Saguaro can be found from the Sonoran Desert of extreme
southeastern California, southern Arizona and adjoining northwestern
Mexico. These sterling earrings have a scroll design on each of them.
