Do you
have gift certificates? Yes, we do. You need to e-mail
us to request one and arrange to pay by credit card or check.

What
is your return policy?
Items that are unused with tags attached and with original wrapping can
be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We do not charge a
re-stocking fee. Just
email us for instructions.

Do you
have a phone number.
Yes, we do. However, we are a home-based, Internet business and the
phone is also our family phone. We travel to events and so may not be
available. We don't have a "bank of operators standing by," so we avoid
doing work via phone. You are welcome to
e-mail us to request the phone number if there is something special
we can help you with.

What is the shipping rate? We charge a flat rate. To the US
you will be charged $6.00, to Canada $9.00 and $25.00 anywhere else in
the world. The more you buy, more you save!

Amazon.com items and selected other items that are not shipped directly
from us will reflect their shipping policies and prices.

Can we pick up our purchase and save the shipping fee? Yes,
you can arrange to pick up your purchase in Surprise, AZ or at one of
our
on-site sales. Some of our manufacturers drop ship directly to you
and so we cannot offer those for direct pick up. If you have purchased
your items via our CCNow, our credit card intermediary, and pick up your purchases, we
will refund the shipping fee to you.

Do you
enclose gift cards? Yes, we do and
we will put most anything inside the card you wish and enclose it with
your gift.

Do you Gift Wrap? Yes, we do. We charge $5.00. Please tell us
the occasion so we can wrap it appropriately.

Do you expedite shipments? On most items we can send your item USPS 2nd day (US) for $15.00 extra. Again, items that are drop shipped
cannot be expedited for this price. Please ask first.

Do you sell at events? Volks-Ware will sell at your event as
long as it fits within our calendar and sales look fairly promising. We
are located in Arizona but do travel to the Pacific Northwest and across
the US for major walking conventions. If we do not purchase a booth, we
offer a donation representing 5% of gross sales to the hosting club or
organization.

We charge

We
couldn't possibly carry all the wonderful
designs and sayings that our walking friends
asked for so we have a
CafePress Walk Shop where you can purchase
these items. Just know that you will be charged
separately for these items and they are not
included in our flat rate shipping.
