2. Thomas Sumner² Black (Victor Rubel¹) was born in Cleveland, OH December 28, 1943. Thomas died July 12, 1997 at 53 years of age.

Thomas Sumner Black and Lynn Anne Delthea Deriso had the following children:

3 i. Stephan Keith³ Black (still alive).

4 ii. Vincent Alan Black was born in Richmond, Contra Costa Co., CA May 21, 1967. Vincent died December 12, 1995 at 28 years of age.
