2. Clifford Milton² Lowe (Wiley¹) was born 4 June 1906. Clifford died 5 May 1964 at 57 years of age.

He married Mildred Etoile McMillan in Granite City, Madison Co., IL, 1922. Mildred was born in Blytheville, Miss. Co., AR May 16, 1904. Mildred was the daughter of Charles Anson McMillan and Mattie Louise Hearn. Mildred died 26 September 1999 in Reedley, Fresno County, CA, at 95 years of age.

Clifford Milton Lowe and Mildred Etoile McMillan had the following children:

3 i. Glodine Marie Lowe³ Butler (still alive).

4 ii. Margaret Louise Lowe Butler (still alive).
