2. Charles Edward² Sallee (Robert S.¹) was born 20 March 1887. Charles died 3 May 1942 at 55 years of age.

He married Leota Clare Jaritz 1 February 1922. Leota was born 4 October 1902. Leota is the daughter of James Calvert and Bessie Lane.

Charles Edward Sallee and Leota Clare Jaritz had the following children:

3 i. Alvena Mae³ Sallee (living status unknown).

4 ii. Norma LaVerne Sallee (living status unknown).

5 iii. Wanda Jean Sallee (still alive).
