SOME PHOTOS FROM BOMBER FIELD  MAY 1999 LAUNCH Just a short note on the launch.We had a total of 178 flights over the weekend.We had 126 flights during the day Saturday; 8 were J's 4 were K's andalmost a dozen flights during the night launch on Satuday.We had 41 flights on Sunday. Two were J's.We had 6 certification flights, 4 were successful.We also had one irate neighbor, a member's son bitten by a dog (the son isok) and a friendly deputy sherriff who said everything is ok!-Tom
 
  The prep area was always busy, the launch area covered with a blanket of yellow flowers.  Did they ever find all those yellow rockets?   Jon Mitchells  ??? rocket thunders into the sky on a ???, and down on  a huge, beautiful 'chute    Three nice launches...   credits anyone?     Don Ashworth supervises as his "Big One" is set up;  the return on two parachutes     The night launch was fun also. You had to be there to get the full efect! All rockets were returned safely.
