Purpose of the Association:
  • To bring together graduates of the Webster Citizen Police Academy, to enhance the relations between the community and the police force, and to assist all law enforcement agencies.
  • To share the view of the Webster Police Department with other citizens and to improve the efficiency of law enforcement in their neighborhoods through shared responsibilities and resources.


    • CPA Mission Statement:
    The purpose of the Webster Citizen Police Academy (CPA) is to familiarize private citizens with the nature of modern police work and to increase understanding between the police and the citizens through education.  The ultimate goal of the CPA is the reduction of crime through a stronger citizen commitment to the police department and the community. 
The Association is formed for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
