controversial even to this day. I am able to post my feelings and
conclusions on this event because of the freedoms afforded me by
my country, despite the fact that those feelings and conclusions
are very critical of members of the government of my country at
that time.
I feel that it needs to be
stated, in light of the tragic events of September 11, 2001,
that, while I may not agree with everything my country and its
government has done, I would not want to live anywhere else and
would, without exception, defend it to my death if need be.
The United States of America
has been, and remains, the finest and most warm-hearted country
in the world. Much like the tragic events of September 11, 2001,
the dastardly deeds outlined in this website, were brought about
by very few people, all seeking to inflict their will on the
people of the United States.

I have designed this site for those of you who are confused about the 40-year-old controversy in regards to the assassination of President John F Kennedy.

The Kennedy Assassination Physical Evidence Controversy:
Conviction or Conspiracy
It is the result of my years of ongoing research into the events of November 22, 1963.
In it, I believe that I can show any rational human being that there had to have been a conspiracy in the assassination of John F Kennedy.
However, if you are NOT interested in a true cross-examination of the evidence which the government, through the Warren Commission, used to "document" its belief that Lee Harvey Oswald alone was responsible for the assassination of John F. Kennedy, then don't waste your time here.
If you are interested in this case, I suggest that you start at the beginning below and just go chapter by chapter.
I strongly suggest that NO ONE overlook Chapter 2 because it outlines the controversy from the start, including why.
You'll find photographs, links, documents and both video and sound files to corroborate my beliefs included in this work.
There is a lot of reading, but I believe you'll find it worthwhile. I have placed this work on the internet, rather than publishing it for profit, because it was done for the purpose of infoming you, not for my profit.
Also, unlike most JFK sites on the web, this one is updated often.
I hope you find it both interesting and enlightening.
The major problem surrounding this controversy is that it cannot be solved, nor can it be determined who is correct, simply because there is no judge, no arbitrator to determine who is correct and what "evidence" should be allowed and what should not. All that the deceased Lee Harvey Oswald has is YOU...the people of the world. Had he lived long enough, he would have been entitled to a "fair and impartial trial before a jury of his peers." Any evidence and testimony there would have been subject to rules of evidence and cross-examination by a trained attorney whose sworn duty was to defend Oswald's interests.
I am NOT a trained attorney, but I will cross-examine the witnesses and evidence as best as can be done at this late date.
I'll need YOU to be the "fair and impartial jury".

Prologue

The sounds from the gunshots that echoed through Dallas' Dealey Plaza on the afternoon of November 22, 1963 continue to reverberate through the American subconscious as we enter into the 21st Century. Everyone, by now, knows something of the unresolved controversy that surrounds that strange and tragic day. Virtually no one is left who has not seen the 8mm home movie taken by the dressmaker whose vertigo required that his office assistant help hold him up as he filmed. Those few seconds of film have become the most analyzed frames in history. What the government's experts tell us we see on it is not what most believe that they see. What those experts tell us happened is not what most believe happened. If it were not an actual incident in history, the scenario in Dallas and the phenomenon that followed it would have been a superb plot for one of the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle or Earle Stanley Gardner. However, even their vivid imaginations would have been stretched to the limit to come up with a story as peculiar as the events surrounding the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
I was 12 years old when President Kennedy was shot and killed in Dallas. Like everyone else of my generation, I remember exactly where I was when the shooting was announced. Both saddened and intrigued, I spent that weekend glued in front of my family's television set. When I saw Jack Ruby murder Lee Harvey Oswald, I felt happily vindicated. I cried during the funeral, but on the day after the funeral, I went back to school and continued on with my life. I don't believe that I thought about, or questioned what had happened, or who had done it, even once over the next 25 years. Many Americans undoubtedly reacted in the same manner.
My life would be far more serene, and my beliefs in the wisdom, purity and conscience of my government would be much better, had I just left it that way. I'd also believe more in the "freedom" of the press and that it was still taking its obligations to the public seriously, had I not taken the course that has led me to this project.
What you'll find contained in the pages to follow are the current results of my continuing research. I am a late joining member of that many-headed monster known as the JFK Assassination Research Community. Since I am just an average citizen, hopefully not at all unlike you, my research is the type that the average person would and could do, unaided by fancy photographic enhancements, sound analyses or borderline scientific theories. I just dug into what was already there. When I began, I believed in the Warren Commission and its conclusions. Now...well let's just say that I find difficulty believing in anyone connected with these events, regardless of which belief they market.
Why should anyone invest the time into reading a work written by a nobody when there are so many books on this subject written by "experts”? That is an excellent question that I will attempt to answer before you spend that time.
I have attempted to put together a narrative that is both honest and uses an approach that is designed to appeal to my peers: Mr. and Mrs. John Q. Citizen. I'm not looking to impress some scholar, scientist or research expert. If you've already read any other books on this topic, you know that most are difficult to read. They tend to lead from one theory to another, requiring the reader to maintain a list of who's who, and what's what, in order to keep track. Many are also not as honest as they should be. That is unfortunate.
You've no doubt also heard and/or seen bits and pieces of contradictory evidence and testimony that have left you confused about the events in Dallas. You are not alone. Millions of Americans feel as you do. I too, felt that way when I started.
This work will attempt to do for you what my research was set out to accomplish for me: clear up many of the misconceptions and confusion surrounding not only the events in Dallas, but also those events which took place in Washington, D.C. and other places around the country, after the new President appointed a top-notch group of American citizens and gave them the job of figuring out just what had happened. Their speculations, outlined in a massive 888-page report, have since been cited as the gospel truth about the events by both the U.S. government and the bulk of the mainstream American media. Many others however, have seen things quite differently. The problem has always been that most Americans do not really know what the "evidence" truly shows, nor how contradictory and absurd a great deal of it is.
If you are in any way like I was when I started looking into the debate, you probably do not understand all that has happened, what it means to you and your family today, and who or what to believe. If that is true, then this book is the place to start, since it was written with you in mind. I will not ask you to make many "leaps of faith", I'll simply ask you to require that the evidence used to convict, and there is no other explanation for the conclusion, the un-represented "lone gunman" and the scenario set forth as fact make sense.
That evidence is the area that we will explore. We will take it apart; we will add it up; and, in what will be the most damaging assault on the long questioned conclusions, we will tie it together and require that all of the pieces fit. The historical perceptions of both the slain President and his accused assassin demand nothing less. A word to the wise...don't just accept what I say! I'll give you the reference point as to where to find documented proof of what I say.

When I first started this research project, it was not in my plans to eventually write about what I found. I started simply to keep track of the large numbers of questions that I had after reading some of the works about the assassination. As I was able to answer each one of those questions on my own and make note of them, this work began to take on its shape. And although it is true that I did not personally interview any of the witnesses, nor even visit Dallas, it was also not my desire to merely put together a book that only repeated those "facts" stated by others. Many times, I found those "facts" to be in error, whether I read them in the Warren Commission Report, the House Select Committee on Assassinations Report, or one of the many books written on the subject. It has instead been my goal to put honesty before my desire to sell my conclusions. Taking some other researcher's word about some key point was simply not good enough for me. I have personally verified each point that I discuss through either independent sources and/or the transcripts of the 5 major inquiries that have explored the events of November 22-24, 1963. I stand behind the validity, or lack of it, of them all. There are many additional points that would greatly enhance my conclusions. All of them have been mentioned in other books on this subject, but to date, I have been unable to satisfactorily confirm them. Thus, they are left out or I have noted that they are unconfirmed.
Many of those whom I've contacted to verify certain points did not and still do not know that they were asked questions about the Kennedy Assassination. This deception was unfortunately necessary because if one mentions those grounds for a question, the answer sometimes seems to change. The only way to assure a truthful response was to leave out the reason for the question. My apologies to all those so deceived.
I've also drawn much vital insight from close friends and relatives, people with no reason to mislead me and some proficiency in areas that are immensely important. From a gunsmith, to the first-hand accounts of someone who was in the military and happened to be stationed where some of the rifle tests were made, to experienced emergency room medical personnel and finally to the legal expertise of experienced criminal trial judges and attorneys...all have helped me to add many different colors to the otherwise ghostly puzzle pieces.
In addition, I've tried to capitalize on one of the main assets that God, in His infinite wisdom and charity, gave to me: an inquisitive and logical mind. My life experiences have been added to that also; I've both slung and heard enough bull during my lifetime to generally be able to tell it from the truth. It will be to our mutual benefit if you also, can tell the difference. Am I going to be able to unveil anything new or startling...? No, probably not. Almost everything that I have included in this work has been discussed and rehashed before...by both sides. What I am going to attempt to do is to put all the pieces of this jigsaw puzzle together, logically, and try to let the true image of these events come into sharper focus. What that unobstructed picture shows will be up to you to ultimately determine. That's as it should be. And, I also do not want anyone to mistakenly feel that mine is in anyway a definitive work on this subject...far from it. In fact, there is no such work. You should read other works, pro and con, along with the Warren Commission and House Select Committee hearings and testimony before you make your final assessment. When you do, a word to the wise...never take anything at face value.
For me, the quest is ongoing. As I continue to uncover bits and pieces and then get them adequately and independently verified, now mainly through the hundreds of thousands of pages of documents recently released after years of effort by dogged researchers, my stated opinions set forth in this work may change...the search for the truth never ends, and I am not afraid to admit that I may have drawn an incorrect conclusion, based on inadequate information.
Several years ago, I did not start out intent on finding a conspiracy...to the contrary; I started out to prove to myself that there was no conspiracy. To this end, I failed miserably, but not because I was influenced by the opinions of others. I failed because I found no legitimate evidence pointing to Lee Harvey Oswald, alone, as the assassin. What I did find was a smoke screen; one that showed blatant signs of a cover-up, invented and furthered by members of the government of the United States of America. That was enough to make me look at who might have been capable of such a cover-up, and why they would want to do so. When I looked deeper and saw that those who, illegally, took charge of the investigation were also the ones with the most to gain by President Kennedy's death and/or lose if he were re-elected, my suspicions increased even more. No one in control of their mental processes would ever allow the fox to guard the hen house. Yet, that's what it appeared to me had happened. We, the people, had taken the word of the "foxes" as to who had wrecked the "hen house"; they told us it was the "weasel", and for over 25 years, I had believed them. Now, my opinion is quite different.
However, it is your opinion that really matters to the future of this country. After reading this work, I hope that your perspective on this event and its repercussions will be much less clouded, since it is my unalterable feeling that those who continue to defend the conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald, alone, shot and killed John F. Kennedy have long depended upon the gullibility and lack of knowledge of the bulk of average Americans, to keep the truth from us. Some of those are well meaning; others however, are not.
But the dam that was erected in 1963, and which has held back the truth for all these years is finally showing some noticeable cracks. The main reason for this is the fact that most of those who knew what really happened are no longer with us. Their places have been taken by others whose inept attempts at appearing honest, supplemented by their lack of knowledge about the real events, allows them to continually stumble into closets full of skeletons, some of which invariably fall out for the rest of us to see. That is why so much was to be have been withheld for so long. However, the continually growing public pressure over the past 30 years has, finally, short-circuited that plan. It took far too long and brought into question just how free from tyranny we really are. In the end, the facts that will be uncovered will be a magnificent victory for truth, justice and the American way. I have hope because the picture of what actually happened gets a little more crystalline every day. Hopefully my feeble efforts will help your vision.
My hope is that it will also draw your attention to the power of the news media in this country, be they print or otherwise. THEY have unbelievable control over what the American public sees and knows...and therefore, what it thinks. It is of the utmost importance that they remain free and uphold the true values first set forth by Benjamin Franklin. Based on what I've found, I have serious doubts that such a press has really existed for decades.
Without them, the type of situation you are about to read about could happen again, at any time.
The simplest and very best way to look at this case is to use common sense.
When do you feel multiple "coincidences"
become more than coincidence and start to show a sinister
pattern? How many pieces of crucial evidence must disappear
or be misidentified before you stop believing in them
and the conclusions drawn from them?
I believe, and most police investigators would agree that, at a certain point, multiple coincidences become a pattern, rather than random events.
Can you believe that, accidentally, the president was hung out to dry, virtually under the window of a man who brought a rifle to work, that day, just in case such a scenario happened?
Can you believe that the soon-to-be assassin would carelessly show himself with rifle in hand prior to the motorcade showing up and yet go unmolested because, accidentally, there happened to be no security assigned at that exact point, as there usually should have been?
Can you believe that the Zapruder film would be accidentally broken during its developing at precisely the point when the first shots may have been fired?
Can you believe that a bullet which transversed 2 human beings, penetrated 8 different fabrics and broke or shattered 2 different bones could be found on a stretcher without the slightest hint of ever hitting anything solid, nor contain any blood or tissue which could tie it to either victim?
Can you believe that 3 trained pathologists could accidentally misrepresent the placement of 3 wounds, and then continue that mistake by testifying under oath?
Can you believe that a man with so few motor skills that he could not learn how to drive a car, could fire 3 shots, under incredible pressure, and accomplish what trained experts could not?
Can you believe that multiple federal agencies and Dallas police could mishandle and/or misidentify multiple clues in a major murder, because they were simply inept? Can you believe the same about the 3 pathologists?
Can you believe that an entire emergency room full of trained medical personnel could err in where they saw a "large, evulsive wound?"
Does it seem believable that x-rays and photographs, allegedly taken of the same body at the same time do not agree with each other OR the autopsy report done at the same time?
Was it just coincidence that the accused assassin never made it to trial, so that the evidence handling and autopsy "irregularities" could never be cross-examined?
Why is it that throughout the last 35+ years and continuing even today, members of the media, who so influence what you and I know about the world around us, would manipulate the facts to back the lone assassin conclusion?
Can you really believe that key pieces of evidence and reports on other key pieces of evidence in this case can be misplaced and disappear accidentally?
How many income tax returns do you think the Internal Revenue Service has ever lost? Would you find it believable if one belonged to Lee Harvey Oswald?
And that is just the tip of the iceberg...
Does any of that sound believable?
